Delivery Range
Your customers can find out if you deliver to their door by entering their postcode on the website. This is done by calculating the driving distance between your food outlet and the customers location. Delivery prices can also be set according to the driving distance.

This solution is extremely flexibile with the ability to use either Paypal, Google Checkout or a bespoke secure payment portal. If required you can use a combination of all three payment methods. The website also fully supports SSL certificates.
Product Management
ero-MS allows you to add unlimited and almost any kind of product to your website. The content management system gives you full control of the products, prices, delivery charges and pictures. Your products can be grouped into three tiers of heirarchy to provide product segregation on the website. A new feature added in v1.2 gives you control to the SEO of product detail pages.
Order Management
Orders come directly from your shopping basket and checkout pages. The shopping-basket supports Paypal, Google and Credit Card transactions allowing you to run your entire business with one on-line solution. You can stay on top of you orders by changing the order status and adding comments to the order file.
Customer Management
The advanced search feature allows you to locate and change the customers details with ease. You can update order details by adding and removing products, or create dispatch notes ready to ship out the goods to the customer.
Customer Order Tracking
Customers have the option to track their order online. The system provides them with real time details about their orders reducing the amount of direct support required provided by you. Once logged in customers can also view information about previous order and update their billing details.
Newsletter
Customers have the option to sign up to a monthly newsletter. You can create the HTML newletter using simple control from the Content Mangement System. The distribution time can be modified so you can send the newsletter once a week, once a month or even once a year.
Adverts & Banners
In the v1.3 updates we released the ability to have flash banners and graphical adverts on your website. These are easily uploaded via the control panel.
Multiple Access Levels
The Content Management System has multiple access levels allowing you to assign different tasks to staff memebers. Each access level has a different set of functions available making it easy to delegate and control your business.
HTML Content Editor
Updating the content on your website could'nt be easier with the WYSIWYG HTML Editor. You can switch to raw HTML is you prefer to write content without the MS Word style editor.
