Helping Newcastle Mela reignite their digital presence

September sees the launch of the redesigned and rebranded Newcastle Mela site just in time for this year's show.  The website has been re-launched with a vibrant new look, new content, significant layout updates and features a rotating sponsors banner, slide-in advertisments, and an enhanced picture gallery

The Mela is an event, based around Punjabi, Pakistani, Bengali and Hindi and other South Asian cultures, and is open to anyone who wants to learn more, be entertained and meet new people as well as enjoy different music, art and food in the heart of Newcastle.  With a line up including the hottest contemporary Asian acts as well as traditional displays of music and dance it's an event likely to appeal to all ages and races. Audiences can vary in size with Newcastle Mela attracting 30,000 people every year.

The aim was to bring the website upto date with the significant improvments at the Mela over the past few years.  The vibrant colours and dynamic content make the site more fun and more infomative helping to keep the general public informed about artists, performances and the co-ordination of the Newcastle Mela.

Following the success of the company rebrand we have been appointed to design and print the 2010 Mela magazine, what's more we are also working on banners, e-magazines and various digital media to promote next years show.
